Great location, just a stone's throw away from Xanadu Gallery.

The hotel offers a wide range of food that was excellent.

Its location was marvellous, just next door to downtown, Union Square and all the upmarket shops and china town, the harbour and more. The room was beautifully maintained and newly decorated in general, with views.

The Disability Access room we stayed in had nice decoration and a sofa bed, which was essential. the food selection was AMAZING.

the total stay was wonderful for a weekend. the double room was newly remodelled. 3. the location was particularly good and incredible for walking around a bustling square. 4. It was close to the tube, loading trucks, and the restaurant.

Location

The room was very very small. The view from all rooms is awfull. Don't agree to live on the 3rd floor or you will hear the music from the lower bar all night.

You get what you see on the website. The room is nice and comfortable but dont expect it to be big. Overall, the suite room is great for me.

There's a pub on the 2nd floor and it can get quite loud. I'm a heavy sleeper so it's fine with me but guess it's not the case with my partner who is a light sleeper.

Staff was very courteous and breakfast was included.

Loved the room and the hotel bar was the nicest one i have ever seen.

Breakfast could have been better and hours for it extended.

Great room choice! the double room I got had a huge bathtub, an amazing shower, and a bed that was so comfy. 🛁

Continental breakfast was good. Free Wi Fi was a plus.

Room was so small with no place to unpack things. Minimal space in the bathroom for toilet articles. Towels were like sandpaper and we were not given a full set (towel, hand towel and washcloth) for each of us each day. Elevator was unreliable.

Clean room and not too small, breakfast ok, very good location, public garage accross the street with much more interesting rates than the ones proposed by the hotel

Absolutely no insulation (thermal and phonic: rather noisy street), bad reception (woman completely lost between clients, phone calls and her computer!), no minibar

The staff was always friendly and helpful, the room was spacious and quiet with a comfortable queen size bed, and having amenities like a shower, hairdryers, and slippers was a nice addition.

The staff was really helpful. the place was fairly clean. the room had a comfortable bed, central heating, an individual safe, and multi-channel television. the hotel has an excellent location close to the Powell street cable car, city center, Union Square, and the stores in the area.

Everything was great, but the towels are horrible!!
